1. Overview
BubbleFocus is a local-first focus timer. It does not require an app account. Your focus content is stored on your device; optional iCloud sync and Apple Watch companion features are described below.
2. Focus content and device settings
BubbleFocus stores focus tags, valid focus history, active sessions, pause intervals, timer preferences, onboarding choices, appearance settings, and notification preferences locally. These records are used to restore timers and show history and statistics. The app and its widgets and Live Activities share the local state they need through an Apple App Group.
If you enable iCloud sync, your tags and valid focus history are stored in your private iCloud database and synchronized between compatible devices using your Apple Account. Active timers and device-specific settings remain local. You can use BubbleFocus without enabling iCloud. Disabling sync does not automatically delete existing copies in iCloud. Apple processes iCloud data under its own privacy policy.
If you use the Apple Watch companion, timer state, tags, recent history summaries, and membership status are exchanged with your paired iPhone through Apple's WatchConnectivity framework. This data is not sent to a JustToday content server.
3. Notifications and Live Activities
When you enable reminders, BubbleFocus requests the relevant system permission and schedules focus or break completion notifications or alarms locally. Supported devices can display current timer information in widgets, on the Lock Screen, or in the Dynamic Island. Notification content is not uploaded to a JustToday server.
4. Purchases and membership
BubbleFocus Pro offers monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions and a lifetime purchase. Apple processes payments; BubbleFocus does not receive your payment card or bank account information.
RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user identifier, device and system information, locale, product identifiers, purchase history or Apple receipt information, and entitlement status to load products, verify access, restore purchases, and provide purchase analytics. A local copy of confirmed membership information is kept so a temporary connection problem does not immediately remove access. Confirmed restore or revocation results update that local copy.
BubbleFocus does not send your custom tag names, focus history, or timer content to RevenueCat. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy and Apple Privacy Policy.
5. Usage analytics and crash diagnostics
BubbleFocus uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics to understand feature usage, improve purchase flows, and diagnose crashes. Analytics may process an app-instance identifier, approximate location derived from a masked IP address, app and device information, screen views, app lifecycle events, product interactions, and purchase events. Where an optional survey is shown, fixed-choice answers about acquisition source and focus purpose may also be included in analytics; no free-text response is collected.
Crashlytics processes crash stack traces, device and operating-system information, and diagnostic data. When used with Analytics, it may include recent app interaction events to help diagnose a crash. Related Firebase components also process technical diagnostics about SDK operation.
BubbleFocus does not set a personal account identifier, email address, or name in these SDKs. It does not send custom tag text, individual focus records, or other user-authored focus content to them. These data are used for analytics and app functionality, not third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. See Firebase Privacy and Security and Google's Privacy Policy.
6. Information we do not collect
BubbleFocus does not collect advertising identifiers, precise location, contacts, or photos. It does not contain a third-party advertising SDK and does not combine collected data with third-party data for targeted advertising. Local focus content is not sent to JustToday, RevenueCat, or Firebase; optional iCloud sync and paired-device communication are described in section 2.
7. Retention, deletion, and your choices
Local records remain until you delete them in BubbleFocus or remove the app and its data. Clearing statistics deletes completed focus records while keeping tags and settings; if sync is enabled, those deletions are synchronized when connectivity permits. Removing the app alone does not necessarily remove existing iCloud copies.
You can disable reminders in system settings, choose whether to enable iCloud sync, and manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account. Apple, RevenueCat, and Google retain data they process according to their respective policies and legal obligations. Deleting local focus history does not delete their purchase, analytics, or diagnostic records. For privacy requests or questions, contact us using the address below.
8. Contact and changes

3. 通知与实时活动
启用提醒时，应用会请求相关系统权限，并在本地安排专注或休息结束通知、闹钟。受支持的设备可在小组件、锁屏或灵动岛中显示当前计时信息。通知内容不会上传至 JustToday 服务器。
4. 购买与会员
泡泡专注 Pro 提供月度、年度自动续期订阅和终身买断。付款由 Apple 处理，应用不会获取你的银行卡或支付账户信息。
RevenueCat 会处理匿名 App 用户标识、设备与系统信息、地区、商品标识、购买历史或 Apple 凭证信息，以及权益状态，用于加载商品、验证权益、恢复购买和购买分析。应用会在本地保留一份已确认的会员信息，避免短时网络问题立即移除权限；已确认的恢复或撤权结果会更新本地副本。
应用不会向 RevenueCat 发送自定义标签名称、专注历史或计时内容。请参阅 RevenueCat 隐私政策 和 Apple 隐私政策。
5. 使用分析与崩溃诊断
泡泡专注使用 Google Analytics for Firebase 和 Firebase Crashlytics 了解功能使用情况、改进购买流程并诊断崩溃。分析服务可能处理应用实例标识、由经过掩码处理的 IP 地址推导的大致位置、应用与设备信息、页面浏览、应用生命周期事件、产品交互和购买事件。如果应用展示可选调查，固定选项的来源和专注目的回答也可能用于分析，不收集自由输入的回答。
Crashlytics 会处理崩溃堆栈、设备与操作系统信息及诊断数据；与 Analytics 配合使用时，可能包含崩溃前的应用交互事件，帮助定位问题。相关 Firebase 组件还会处理 SDK 运行状况等技术诊断信息。
应用不会向这些 SDK 设置可识别个人的账号标识、邮箱或姓名，也不会发送自定义标签文字、逐条专注记录或其他用户创作的专注内容。上述数据用于分析和应用功能，不用于第三方广告或跨 App 跟踪。请参阅 Firebase 隐私与安全说明 和 Google 隐私政策。
6. 我们不收集的信息
泡泡专注不收集广告标识符、精确位置、通讯录或照片，不包含第三方广告 SDK，也不会将收集的数据与第三方数据结合用于定向广告。本地专注内容不会发送给 JustToday、RevenueCat 或 Firebase；可选 iCloud 同步及配对设备通信见第 2 节。
7. 保留、删除与选择
本地记录会保留至你在应用中删除，或移除应用及其数据。“清空统计”删除已完成的专注记录，同时保留标签和设置；如果开启同步，删除操作会在网络可用时同步。仅卸载应用不一定会删除 iCloud 中已有的副本。
你可以在系统设置中关闭提醒，自行选择是否开启 iCloud，并通过 Apple 账号管理或取消订阅。Apple、RevenueCat 和 Google 根据各自政策和法律义务保留其处理的数据；删除本地专注历史不会删除这些服务的购买、分析或诊断记录。如需提出隐私请求或咨询，请通过下方联系方式联系我们。
