HabitBox User Agreement

1. Acceptance and scope
This User Agreement governs your use of HabitBox, a habit tracking and self-management application provided by JustToday. By downloading, accessing, or using HabitBox, you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
For HabitBox obtained through Apple's App Store, the Apple Standard EULA also applies to the licensed app. This agreement describes HabitBox-specific service rules and does not replace mandatory platform terms. If the terms conflict, the applicable platform terms control within their scope.
2. The service
HabitBox lets you create habits, record progress, schedule reminders, view statistics, and use related self-management features. Available functions may vary by device, operating system, region, app version, and purchase status.
HabitBox is a general-purpose self-management tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not designed for emergency use.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use HabitBox in compliance with applicable law and platform rules
- Keep your device and store account secure
- Avoid interfering with the app, its purchase verification, or related services
- Avoid copying, modifying, reverse engineering, redistributing, or commercially exploiting HabitBox except where applicable law expressly permits it
- Avoid using HabitBox to infringe the rights of JustToday or any third party
You are responsible for reviewing habit content, reminders, and schedules before relying on them. Operating system settings and restrictions may affect notification delivery.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
HabitBox may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases. The purchase screen and the applicable app store show the product title, subscription length, price, billing period, and other purchase terms before confirmation.
Payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and store account management are processed by the platform through which you made the purchase. JustToday does not receive your full payment card number or store account password.
An auto-renewable subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through your platform account within the period specified by the platform. Deleting HabitBox does not cancel a subscription. You can use Restore Purchases in HabitBox to refresh eligible purchase status.
5. Data and privacy
Habit content is stored locally on your device by default. Purchase providers may process limited purchase and diagnostic information needed to verify or restore access. Details are provided in the HabitBox Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining any device or platform backups you choose to use. Removing the app or clearing its data may permanently delete local information that has not been backed up.
6. Intellectual property
HabitBox, including its software, interface, branding, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by JustToday or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to this agreement and applicable platform terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use HabitBox for its intended purpose.
You retain any rights you have in the habit content you enter into the app.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of HabitBox when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, platform changes, or product development. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every device or operating system version.
8. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HabitBox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every particular purpose. Nothing in this agreement excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, JustToday is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use HabitBox. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer protections.
10. Changes to this agreement
We may revise this agreement when HabitBox features, legal requirements, or platform rules change. We will publish the revised terms at this stable URL and update the effective date above. When required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
11. Applicable law and consumer rights
This agreement is governed by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections and any rights you have under the laws of your place of residence remain unaffected.

本用户协议适用于你使用由 JustToday 提供的习惯追踪和自我管理应用 HabitBox。下载、访问或使用 HabitBox，即表示你同意本协议；如果你不同意，请不要使用本应用。

2. 服务内容

HabitBox 是通用的自我管理工具，不提供医疗、心理、法律、财务或其他专业建议，也不适用于紧急情况。
3. 你的责任
你同意：
- 遵守适用法律和平台规则使用 HabitBox
- 妥善保护设备和应用商店账号安全
- 不干扰应用、购买验证或相关服务的正常运行
- 除适用法律明确允许外，不复制、修改、反向工程、再分发或商业化利用 HabitBox
- 不利用 HabitBox 侵犯 JustToday 或任何第三方的权利
在依赖习惯内容、提醒或计划之前，你应自行确认相关信息。操作系统设置和限制可能影响通知送达。
4. 购买与订阅
HabitBox 可能提供自动续期订阅和一次性购买。确认购买前，购买页面和相应应用商店会展示商品名称、订阅周期、价格、计费周期及其他购买条款。
付款、续订、取消、退款和商店账号管理均由你完成购买的平台处理。JustToday 不会获取你的完整银行卡号或应用商店账号密码。
自动续期订阅会持续续订，除非你按照平台规定的期限通过平台账号取消。删除 HabitBox 不会自动取消订阅。你可以在 HabitBox 中使用“恢复购买”刷新符合条件的购买状态。
5. 数据与隐私
习惯内容默认保存在你的设备本地。购买服务提供商可能处理验证或恢复权益所需的有限购买信息和诊断信息。详细说明请查看 HabitBox 隐私政策。
你需要自行维护选择启用的设备或平台备份。删除应用或清除应用数据，可能永久删除尚未备份的本地信息。
6. 知识产权
HabitBox 的软件、界面、品牌、文字、图形及其他材料归 JustToday 或其许可方所有，并受适用知识产权法律保护。在遵守本协议和适用平台条款的前提下，你获得一项有限的、个人的、非独占的、不可转让且可撤销的权利，仅可按预定用途使用 HabitBox。
你对自己在应用中输入的习惯内容保留依法享有的权利。
7. 可用性与变更
出于维护、安全、遵守法律、平台调整或产品开发等合理需要，我们可能更新、改进、暂停或停止 HabitBox 的部分功能。我们不保证所有功能始终可在每一台设备或每一个操作系统版本上使用。
8. 免责声明
在适用法律允许的范围内，HabitBox 按“现状”和“可用”状态提供。我们不保证应用不会中断、完全没有错误，或适合所有特定用途。本协议不排除依法不得排除的保证或消费者权利。
9. 责任限制
在适用法律允许的范围内，JustToday 不对因使用或无法使用 HabitBox 导致的间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损失承担责任。对于依法不得限制的责任，包括强制性消费者保护，本条限制不适用。
10. 协议变更
当 HabitBox 功能、法律要求或平台规则发生变化时，我们可能修订本协议。修订内容会发布在当前稳定地址，并同步更新页面顶部的生效日期。法律要求时，我们会另行通知或征求同意。
11. 适用法律与消费者权利
本协议适用相关法律。你依据居住地法律享有的强制性消费者保护和其他法定权利不受影响。
